Blanca Berlín Gallery, located at C/ Limón 28 in Madrid, is set to unveil its next exhibition titled “Ésta es mi casa detenida en el tiempo” [This is My House Stopped in Time],  featuring a diverse array of works from over twenty-five renowned artists. The exhibition will run from March 15 to July 31, 2025, with an inauguration event on March 15 at 12 PM, attended by several participating artists.

The exhibition draws inspiration from a poignant reflection on confinement during the pandemic, echoing sentiments expressed in a poem by Mario Benedetti. It explores the concept of home as a living organism, where every gesture and empty space tells a story. The gallery aims to capture the essence of this experience, showcasing how the artists perceive their surroundings and the emotional landscapes within their homes.

The exhibition not only commemorates the fifth anniversary of the initial virtual exhibition created during the lockdown but also symbolizes a return to experiencing art in person, free from the constraints of a pandemic.

The gallery emphasizes the importance of hope and the future, inviting visitors to engage with the artworks that reflect both personal and universal themes. The collection includes a mix of established and emerging talents, showcasing a variety of photographic styles and techniques that highlight the gallery’s commitment to contemporary photography.
