Jasha Berkenbosch, a 25-year-old entrepreneur from the Netherlands, founded Novus Arte to transform the often inaccessible art world into a vibrant and engaging community. With a background in Digital Marketing and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Jasha recognized a gap in conversations about art compared to more mainstream topics like television and music. His mission is to make art more approachable and relatable, breaking away from its elitist image.

Launched in October 2020 as an Instagram page, Novus Arte grew into a thriving online art community, reaching over 6 million art lovers in 2024. The platform serves as a discovery vehicle for art lovers, artists, galleries, and collectors, sharing engaging content daily. Jasha and his team believe that while many people love art, they often lack exposure to it. Through their active presence on social media, they aim to change this narrative.

In October 2024, Novus Arte evolved into a full-service art marketing agency, providing tailored strategies to enhance the online presence of artists, galleries, and cultural institutions. Their services include brand positioning, online campaigns, social media management, and public relations. Collaborating with renowned names like Avant Arte and Museum Voorlinden, Novus Arte has established itself as a key player in the art marketing landscape.

Novus Arte proudly represents several talented artists, each bringing unique perspectives and styles to the art community: Eelco van Loenen: Born in Zwanenburg in 1969, Eelco studied at the University of Amsterdam, earning a Master of Science in 1994. He has exhibited his work since 1992 in various galleries and institutions across the Netherlands. His pieces are part of numerous private and corporate collections, including Schiphol and ABN AMRO Bank.
