An Elegant Evening of Music
This innovative format combines the enjoyment of an aperitif with a concert dedicated to the exquisite French classical music of the late 19th century, celebrating the elegance of the Belle Époque era. The evening will feature the talented American violinist Alyssa Campbell, who made her Italian debut with ASF#24 last September. She will perform alongside Danilo Mascetti, presenting the renowned Sonata by César Franck. The concert will alternate movements of this masterpiece with romantic pieces typical of the French repertoire, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the emotions of Late Romanticism in a relaxed and informal setting.
A Cause Worth Supporting
As is customary, admission to the event is by voluntary donation, with proceeds benefiting projects for disadvantaged minors organized by Coop. Azalea. The aperitif will be generously provided through the participation of the Associazione ex Alunni IISS “Vanoni,” ensuring a delightful experience for all attendees.
Program Highlights
The concert program will include:
- Pauline Viardot: Romanza
- Camille Saint-Saëns: Le Cygne
- Gabriel Fauré: Berceuse
This carefully curated selection of pieces promises to transport the audience to a time of artistic flourishing and cultural richness.
